

Stephen Biggins has built a highly successful career spanning 30 years as a geologist and executive in mining industry internationally. Utilising his Honours Degree in Geology and MBA, he has served as a founding director and executive of several ASX-listed companies, building prospective portfolios of lithium, gold, uranium, and base metal projects across Australia, Asia, Africa, and North America, ultimately leading to the discovery and development of several operational mines.
Mr Biggins served as Managing Director of Core Lithium (ASX: CXO) for a decade of leadership. He successfully guided the company through the acquisition, discovery, approval, financing, construction, and production phases of the Northern Territory’s first operational lithium mine. Under his stewardship, CXO was one of the best-performing and highest-traded stocks on its pathway into the ASX 200.
Currently, Mr Biggins serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Auravelle Metals (ASX: AUV), an ASX-listed gold explorer targeting high-value discoveries across South Australia’s world-class Gawler Craton and Western Australia’s premier gold belts.
His previous key leadership roles include serving as Non-Executive Chairman of Canadian lithium explorer Winsome Resources (ASX: WR1), which was acquired by Li-FT Power Ltd (TSXV: LIFT) in 2026 in a transaction valued at approximately A$130.8 million. He was also the founding Managing Director of Southern Gold (ASX: SAU) from 2005 to 2010, where he led the acquisition and discovery of the Cannon Gold Mine in Western Australia, and a founding director of Investigator Resources Ltd (ASX: IVR), which discovered the high-grade Paris Silver resource in South Australia.
The Board considers that Mr Biggins is not an independent Director.

Geoffrey Webster is a Chartered Professional Engineer, graduating with honours from the University of Adelaide, and is the director of a specialist engineering consultancy located in South Australia. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has been awarded a MBA through Latrobe University.
With nearly 25 years’ experience in the engineering sectors, Mr Webster has previously worked as the General Manager for ASX 200 listed company Transpacific Industries Group (now Cleanaway) in a national capacity, as well as working as the project manager for a Hong Kong-based investment company Path Line Australia. Mr Webster is currently the deputy chair of not-for-profit entity KESAB. Mr Webster has recently been appointed National President of a peak body for all stakeholders in the resource recovery industry, the Waste Management and Resource Recovery Association of Australia.
The Board considers that Mr Webster is an independent Director.Â

Will Dix is a highly experienced geologist with over 30 years of expertise across base metal, gold, and uranium exploration and mining. His diverse career spans operations throughout Australia, Central and South America, and Africa. Alongside his technical background, Mr. Dix has extensive experience in project and team management, as well as a strong track record in corporate transactions, including capital raisings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestments.
Mr Dix holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science (Geology) from Monash University. He is a Fellow of AusIMM and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Belararox (ASX: BRX) and as a Non-Executive Director of Breakthrough Minerals (ASX: BTM). His previous leadership roles include Managing Director of Trinex Minerals (ASX:TX3), and as a director of Fitzroy Resources Ltd (ASX: FRY), Credo Resources Ltd (ASX: CRQ), BBX Minerals Limited (ASX: BBX), and Consolidated Zinc Limited (ASX: CZL).
The Board considers that Mr Dix is an independent Director.

Colin Skidmore is an Exploration Geologist and Project Manager with an BSc honours degree from Adelaide University and a Masters of Applied Science in Exploration and Mining degree from James Cook University. Mr Skidmore is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and is a Qualified Person under JORC for a broad range of commodities and mineralisation styles.
He has 25 years’ experience taking grass-root projects and conceptual ideas through rigorous exploration to resource definition and transition to development. He has extensive experience in South Australia but also managing international projects in North and South America and Central Asia and Europe.
He has 20 years’ experience in senior management and was the Vice President of Exploration and Geology of the TSX-listed Uranium One.
Recently Mr Skidmore has been a Principal Geology Consultant with Mining Plus and was the acting exploration manager at Barton Gold’s South Australian Tarcoola and Tunkillia projects.
